Each long and short accepted paper (workshop papers excluded) requires at least one regular full conference registration associated with it in order to be included in the proceedings. Student registrations do not qualify.

Bus line 1 provides direct access to ENSMA (20 to 30 minutes) at the Université bus stop. Line 1 also serves downtown Poitiers, including the SNCF train station.
